Horse Training Services

My name is Dina Schultz.
I embrace a "horse-led" approach to training. I believe wholeheartedly, it is the horse who can and will guide their basic training. I pay much attention to the individual horse's background, developmental stages and needs.

One of my goals is to enhance communication between horse and rider in a language both can understand. My experience expands over 25 years and I consistenly aim for a better overall experience for both horse and owner.

My focus has been and still is, on the evolvement of my communication, resourcefulness and skill with horses. I have learned a lot from many great horse people over the years. With that said, horses, by far, have taught me the most.

My best work is with babies, yearlings and stallions. I have also worked tirelessly with quite a few of the unfortunate abused/neglected/rescued horses and what some might call "problem" horses. My patience is persistent, consistent and steady which has led me to work well with some of the more challenging behaviors.

I have owned my own horses and cared for others' horses continually over the past 25 years.

The Soulful EYE of the Andalusian

We have almost forgotten how strange a thing it is that so huge and powerful and intelligent an animal as a horse should allow another, and far more feeble animal to ride upon it's back.
